WHAT: Join Mark LaBarr, Conservation Program Manager for Audubon Vermont, for a spring bird walk and banding demonstration within the
80 acres of the Ganley-Roper land in Weybridge. Mark will highlight how this land has been managed to support priority bird species and how it connects with other properties in the vicinity. Come learn what you could do on your property, whether half an acre or 100 acres. Mark will also attempt to net and band birds during this workshop.
Sponsored by: The Vermont Master Naturalists Program, Middlebury Area Land Trust, and Otter Creek Audubon.
This workshop is FREE, but donations to any (or all!) of these organizations are strongly encouraged and appreciated!
