Celebrate Make a Difference Day at Salisbury Mills Preserve

WHO: This event is appropriate for families and people of all ages interested in celebrating the first year of this preserve being officially open. Make a Difference Day is a yearly event that encourages people to volunteer, donate, and contribute to their communities. Light trail maintenance is optional.

COST: FREE! With generous support from the community, we are able to make all of our public programs free. Consider supporting work like this program by becoming a MALT Member!

WHAT: Celebrate the one-year anniversary of Salisbury Mills Preserve with us! Enjoy a day of walking, chatting, snacking, and optional volunteering as we reflect on a year of programming, trails, and land trust efforts. Join the MALTs staff to explore the rich history and stunning landscape of this special place. Discover the remarkable sawmill, gristmill, and iron forge nestled within this scenic setting, and immerse yourself in the stories they tell. Don’t miss this opportunity to commemorate a year of growth and preservation!

CANCELLATION POLICY: MALT operates programs outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. If weather conditions are hazardous (lightning, sustained winds >30m.p.h.), MALT may cancel the program. If that is the case, you will receive notification via email.
