Book Club with Ilsley Library: Discussing "Flight Behavior" on the TAM - Day 1

WHAT: Day 1 will focus on Chapters 1-8 of Flight Behavior.

Join Renee Ursitti (Adult Services and Circulation Librarian, Ilsley Public Library) and MALT staff for a lively book discussion of Barbara Kingsolver’s Flight Behavior. We will meet at Ilsley Public Library’s temporary location at the National Bank of Middlebury on Main St. Join us for a hot cocoa, snacks, and a lively discussion!

Barbara Kingsolver’s seventh novel, Flight Behavior, follows the story of Dellarobia Turnbow, a young mother and wife living on a failing farm in rural Tennessee. Dellarobia makes a momentous discovery that draws international attention from climate scientists, environmentalists, and world leaders, catapulting her into the center of conflict.  

 Event Highlights:

    • A copy of Flight Behavior (free copies available at Ilsley Library)
